At Innoval Technologies, Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional software solutions and services. We understand that, occasionally, you may need to request a refund. This refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with international standards to ensure a smooth and consistent process for all our clients worldwide.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available based on the type of service or product purchased. Each service or product may have specific conditions for eligibility.
Custom Software Development and Tailored Solutions: Due to the highly specialized nature of our services, once work has commenced, refunds are generally not provided. However, if the project is canceled prior to the start of development, we may offer a partial refund, taking into account the work already completed.
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions to our SaaS products. If you’re not satisfied with our software within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.
Consulting and Support Services: If you are dissatisfied with our consulting or support services due to issues such as missed deadlines or failure to deliver as agreed, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.
Digital Products and Licenses: Refunds for digital products such as software licenses, digital downloads, or training courses are not available unless there is a defect in the product or the product was not as described
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
Any third-party software or services that have been procured or subscribed to on your behalf.
Expedited processing or rush service fees.
Any amount paid for work that has already been completed, such as time spent on research, design, or development.
How to Request a Refund?
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide your order/invoice number and a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
Include any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., communications, screenshots, etc.).
Ensure that your request is within the applicable refund window (e.g., 30 days for subscriptions or 14 days for consulting services).
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate your claim and notify you of the decision within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and the country from which you made the purchase.
International Transactions and Currency Considerations
Refunds will be processed in the original currency used for the purchase, and the amount refunded may vary depending on exchange rates and international banking fees.
If you paid using an international payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card), please be aware that currency conversion fees or international processing fees may apply, and these are outside of Innoval Technologies, Inc.’s control.
Late or Missing Refunds
